All sales are covered by a minimum of 14 days of no questions asked refunds as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. After 14 days, up to 30 days, the buyer may send back the item(s) for a refund or exchange, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us for a return authorization number before sending back the item(s). Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or damaged items. If the buyer used free shipping to their location alongside their purchase, the buyer will need to pay the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee, both of which will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item(s). We strive to make every transaction satisfactory for our customers.
To ensure a smooth return process, buyers are required to take photos of the product and the packaging before sending any goods back.
For factory-sealed goods, new in box, or otherwise new products, if the seal is broken, EOLSYSTEM will charge a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the product. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
After 30 days, the sale is considered final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless noted otherwise during the sale.
